About
I am a bilingual (Spanish-speaking), bicultural psychologist who works with individuals and families with infants and young children. My approach is psychodynamic, rooted in attachment, family systems, and trauma-informed care. I specialize in supporting parents through the transition into parenthood: whether that means exploring the decision to conceive, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to the postpartum phase, or finding balance in the early years of parenting. This can be a profound time that brings joy, hope, and connection, but also stress, uncertainty, grief, and difficult emotions.
