I understand that starting therapy can be a scary process. I work to create an open and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through my door. It is important to feel like you have a "good fit" with your therapist, which is why I take the time to listen to what brings you in, hear your personal goals and explain what you can expect from therapy. It's not my job to judge, blame, or take sides. I will work with you to provide applicable tools and resources, identify your personal strengths and offer new ways of communicating to provide relief.
