Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the demands of life especially when your mind and body are reacting in ways you don’t fully understand. I help clients find practical, compassionate ways to navigate that challenge and build a sense of ease. My ideal client is someone who is ready to learn new ways of managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or trauma even if they're not sure where to start. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals who might need help with things like task management, organization, and making sense of how trauma may be showing up in their daily lives.
