I work with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, grief, depression, or major life changes. My clients want to feel more grounded and more connected, both to themselves and to the people they love. Some are navigating relationship difficulties or identity shifts; others are moving through unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. My goal is to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space as we work toward a more empowered and integrated sense of self that feels steady, confident, and more aligned to what matters most to you.
