I work with survivors of relational trauma (such as child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual or religious trauma) reclaim their lives from anxiety, self-doubt, unhelpful patterns, and more. Through a variety of methods tailored to your specific needs, I support you with both skill-building and trauma resolution. Together, we focus on YOUR goals, from the comfort of your own home - whether your goal is simply one session to obtain a mental health screening for gender affirming care, or many sessions to explore complex relational trauma.
