I believe that the therapeutic space lends itself to growth, honesty, and getting in touch with your most authentic self. In our space, I try to incorporate laughter, warmth, creativity, and permission to be imperfect. I strive to see each individual as a work in progress who is always welcome. I work with children, teens, and adults and pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of my clients. I see clients at our St. Louis Park location and North Loop location.
