Amanda’s specialty is working with individuals ages 18 and up who are experiencing life or life cycle transitions and need additional support through that transitioning time period. This might look like a mother experiencing perinatal mental health concerns or recovering from birth trauma. Or it might look like a teenager experiencing higher anxiety levels and needing a therapist who tailors coping skills to that specific teen and their circumstances.
