Hi, I’m Amanda Olson, LCSW. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions or simply seeking to enhance your life and reach new goals, I’m here to help you grow, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. I work with people, ages 10 and up, who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or life changes. Whether you’re dealing with something new or something that’s been building for a while, I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, respectful, and supportive. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed. I meet people where they are, without judgment. I believe you already have what you need to heal — sometimes you just need the right support to tap into it. I use tools like EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS (Level 1), Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT — We’ll work together to find what’s right for you.
