Although society is growing to understand the importance of mental health, caring for our well-being is not always encouraged or seen as a high-priority; but, our ability to know ourselves and process through life events is foundational to freely living the life we hope for! I have in-field experience working with marital and family relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem building, trauma, and adolescent behavioral work, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Experiential therapy in this practice.
