My approach is strength-based and person-centered, meaning your goals guide our work, and I believe you are the expert in your own life, even if you need support to see it. I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With experience in both trauma treatment and addiction recovery, I understand how complex healing can be, and how possible it is.
