I work with clients struggling with unhelpful or painful thoughts, feelings or memories, and who feel helpless or uncertain of how to handle or let them go. My goal is for my clients to feel more present, connected and confident; reaching their full potential and living a life that is more aligned with their personal values and goals. I have had the privilege of being a therapist for 13 years with experience including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and relationships. Self worth, relational challenges and the brain-body connection are important areas I tend to focus on with clients. I am also trained in financial therapy.
