My goals as a therapist are to help you connect with your values, create more adaptive ways of thinking and behavioral patterns, and build a life you want to live. My clients value both working to change long-term patterns that contribute to their distress and working on increasing acceptance and self-compassion. I specialize in helping adults with emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, and interpersonal problems.
