I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist in Florida, and have worked in social services for over 20 years serving populations such as: at-risk youth, domestic violence survivors, couples, first responders, and veterans. In my private practice, I use mostly mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches including EMDR to treat Post Traumatic Stress, anxiety, sexual functioning, and relational problems. I also completed Brené Brown's Daring Way Certification Training, an intervention which aims to help people around concerns connected to vulnerability, shame, and courage.
