Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage! I believe that courage deserves to be met with warmth, respect, and genuine care. I have formal training in trauma-informed therapy and work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, interpersonal conflict, personality and mood disorders, codependency, addiction within the family system, abuse and neglect, bullying, and life transitions.
