I am passionate about working with clients who are ready to do the deep, intentional work of change. I view therapy as a collaboration in which we work together to make meaningful shifts in the way you experience the world. My hope is that our work together will allow you to feel aligned with who you are and want to be beyond anxiety, depression, or the lasting effects of trauma. I believe we are all doing the best we can with the resources available to us and with support, those resources can grow. I don't use a one-size-fits-all model. I use a variety of trauma-informed and evidenced-based approaches to support your unique needs and preferences. Although I specialize in working with adolescents and teens who have experienced trauma, my practice extends to adults wanting to develop security and trust in relationships with themselves and others.
