Hi, I'm Amanda, I am grateful to assist clients work through trauma and emotional dysregulation. I am currently licensed in KY, OH, VA, TX and FL and reside in Lexington, KY. I specialize in trauma therapy, specifically surrounding attachment and early childhood traumas, as well as specific traumatic events. I have 8 years experience working with people of all ages, and I am currently working specifically with adults. I utilize an integrative combination of Attachment, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness.
