I am an experienced counselor utilizing different therapy modalities tailored to the needs of each individual client. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy and strive to empower my clients to participate fully in their therapeutic experience. I use a client centered approach with an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships with each client in order to better identify and implement individual treatment needs. I am also a trauma-focused therapist and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
