Life is filled with ups and downs. As a licensed mental health counselor, I enjoy helping people gain balance in their lives by assisting them with navigating through various life challenges in a nonjudgmental way. My goal is to empower you on your journey to overcome your challenges and live your best life. I have had the honor of being a part of the healing process for many sexual trauma survivors for over 15 years. I have also been honored to assist parents and adolescence in gaining healthy relationships.
