I work with adolescents, college students and adults to foster innate resilience, improve self-awareness and overall health, and deepen their understanding of emotion. Areas of specialty include: student athletes, eating disorders/body image, relationship with food and/or exercise, new moms, anxiety, athletic performance, mental blocks, identity development, life coaching, phase of life/big transitions, and for those who are simply looking for someone to talk to. I work best with individuals who are motivated and willing to explore thoughts/feelings/behaviors.
