I enjoy working with adults with various issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, burn-out, life transitions, grief and spirituality. I have specialized training and experience working with survivors of trauma. The most important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It is important it feels like a good fit for you. You can expect a supportive non-judgmental presence from me. My goal is to support your ability to do the inner and outer work to heal and become your best self. (NOTE: My caseload is currently full, but I can direct clients to my supervisee.)
