I've been working in the mental health field for over eight years, and I love getting to know more about people's lives and learning about how I can help them with their goals. My passion is working with young adults and adults, but I have experience working with a variety of ages and populations. I will work with you to find an approach that suits your needs, whether that's using on hands-on skills and/or processing emotions in a safe relationship. I see myself and my clients as a team!
