I am a Boston-based trauma informed licensed mental health clinician with 10 years of experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with individuals recovering from traumatic experiences (with training in EMDR, Narrative, and other trauma focused treatment modalities) including relationship violence, childhood abuse, community violence, as well as race related trauma. I am passionate about holistic wellness helping individuals move on from past experiences that impact current functioning, in addition to coping with other mental health related symptoms that come along with the adventures of life.
