I am experienced in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use a number of different approaches and will collaborate with you to choose a treatment plan that best suits your individual needs. I enjoy using an eclectic approach of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills. Through these approaches, we can develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and reactions, relational patterns, and find alternative ways of coping and behaving aligned with your values and most authentic self.
