I provide psychotherapy in three main practice areas: 1. Reproductive Emotional Health: Support for mothers and fathers experiencing pregnancy/postpartum anxiety or depression. Parents grieving a miscarriage or infant loss. Women undergoing medical procedures such as infertility treatments, breast-cancer treatments or menopause treatments. 2. Teens and Young Adults: high achievement anxiety in academics, athletics and theater, adjustment to college. 3. Parent-Child Relationships at all ages: Improving emotional connection and communication between mothers/daughter, fathers/sons. Loss of a parent in childhood or adulthood.
