If you spend a lot of time managing your own brain and are tired of holding everything together, we’ll probably work well together. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, autism, and OCD, especially those who have spent years masking, overfunctioning, or feeling out of sync with the world. I also specialize in trauma work and regularly work with PTSD. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, career stress, relationship or family concerns, and identity questions, with an emphasis on clarity, self understanding, and sustainable change. I tailor therapy to each client while gently calling out patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and am kink and poly aware.
