Anxiety can show up in many ways including constant worry, overwhelm, physical tension, perfectionism, or feeling stuck in daily life. I help individuals understand their anxiety and develop tools to create meaningful, lasting change. I bring a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy, shaped by my experience in schools, hospitals, and outpatient clinics. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective work and strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
