I have experience working with adults in a variety of settings, with focus on anxiety and traumas and helping clients navigate their life transitions of all forms and sizes. I want to offer a safe space for you to be heard and seen, and to come as you are without fear of judgement. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from multiple theories to create personalized treatment plans for each client. I believe in the importance of mindfulness, music, and self reflection.
