Hello and welcome! It can be challenging finding a therapist and I hope to make that easier. I strive to create a safe non-judgmental space for each of my clients. I enjoy working with teens, college students, and young adults experiencing a variety of concerns such as anxiety/stress, procrastination, self-esteem, motivation issues, “adulting” as a young adult, trauma, boundary setting, perfectionism, and adjusting to life transitions. I also understand the unique challenges of students and adults with ADHD and learning differences.
