I’m Amanda — therapist, truth-teller, and safe space for women who do everything for everyone else. If you’re juggling success, stress, relationships, and the parts of life you don’t post online, I’ve got you. I help women untangle burnout, anxiety, trauma, and emotional overload. I also work with couples and men. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore. My experience ranges from private practice to ER and ICU settings, and it’s taught me this: even the strongest people need a place to fall apart and rebuild.
