My ideal client is someone who feels stuck between who they are and who they want to be. She might be battling anxiety or panic attacks, feeling burned out from work or entrepreneurship, or struggling to reconnect with herself after a major life shift. Sometimes she’s navigating life with a disability or chronic illness and needs space to process how that impacts her identity and goals.
