I became a therapist because I believe we are all in this together. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with passion for working with children, teens and their families who are experiencing a wide range of needs. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, religious trauma, self-esteem issues or simply just want to process through life, I would love to sit and talk with you. My goal is to help you build on the incredible person you already are and try to help you reduce any unhealthy patterns that are keeping you from the life that you want.
