As an open and affirming IFS-trained therapist, I see and honor you, the client(s), with acceptance and compassion. We will collaborate in facilitating the growth and change you seek. In our sessions we work to identify the parts of you that may need tenderness and support to promote healing from within. Facilitating that connection within oneself, which allows for healthier and safer connections with others is some of my favorite work. I am truly honored to move alongside my clients as we discover new and rewarding ways to engage with the world.
