It is always a privilege to walk alongside someone on their journey of healing and growth and to be able to hold space for them where they can feel seen, heard and valued. Whether you come with symptoms of anxiety or depression, or have experienced a traumatic event that needs a safe place to be processed, our time together can provide a means of care and support as you find your way forward. I believe that healing takes place within authentic, honest relationships where we are reminded that we are never alone. I also believe that it's possible to live a full and meaningful life, even in the midst of pain and suffering. I offer a safe space where you are invited to process both the beauty and challenges of what it means to be human. As a licensed clinical social worker and also a seminary graduate, my work has focused on the intersection of mental health and our spiritual/religious life, family relationships, anxiety and depression and healing from traumatic experiences.
