I am specialized in areas around women's health and mental health experiences, including perinatal wellness( pregnancy, birth and postpartum), attachment, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. Parenthood and the path to parenthood releases symptoms we never expected, and old wounds that we never thought would surface and rupture. I believe mental health is your intrinsic right.
