My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I take a relational approach to therapy, focusing on building a genuine connection with you to foster trust and understanding as we work together toward your goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing life transitions, relational challenges, and identity shifts. I also have a particular focus on supporting those navigating perinatal mental health concerns, infertility and pregnancy loss.
