Hi! I’m Amanda and I'm really glad you're here. Living with anxiety and a low sense of self worth can make everyday decisions feel overwhelming, keep you stuck in your head, and leave you second guessing yourself. It can be exhausting, but we can change that. I'm passionate about helping folks find their sense of self worth, manage anxiety, set boundaries and overall feel happier. I believe that therapy works best when it's based on genuine, human to human connection. The vibe in sessions is empowering and compassionate, with some laughter when it feels right.
