Accepting new clients! Therapy is a collaborative experience that helps you build a more enriching life through self-reflection, healing, and reaching personal goals, as well as integrate whole-health centered approaches that focus on the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in taking a person-centered eclectic approach to therapy, which combines many different theoretical frameworks. I recognize each person’s individual therapy goals and understand that therapy is not a “one size fits all” model. My specialization is in women's mental healthcare. This includes stressors such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. This also extends to perinatal mental health - issues within preganancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I am trained in recognizing and treating postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD as well as planning for these issues during pregnancy.
