I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential to therapy. Together we will work to accomplish the goals you have for yourself. I believe that your core beliefs about yourself will impact the way you behave and feel; therefore, by considering and examining these beliefs, you can gradually alter them and consequently, alter your behaviors and emotions. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist; however, my roots in Client-Centered have served me well by giving me the tools needed to build a therapeutic relationship.
