My name is Amanda Tessmer, a licensed mental health practitioner. I have always felt a strong desire to work with individuals and families to navigate challenges they may face. Becoming a therapist was a very easy decision for me since I have a strong desire to walk beside clients on their journey to self-healing and self-love. Everyone is unique and deserves a non-judgmental, confidential space to explore and discover positive changes that improve their lives, so I strive to build a strong collaborative relationship where these changes can happen.
