I work with adults, children, adolescents, and couples seeking support, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community or exploring identity. I have experience working with queer people starting families. I specialize in sexual trauma, childhood trauma, disordered eating, and work from a body-positive, Health at Every Size approach. I am sex-positive, kink-affirming, and work with diverse relationship structures. I enjoy incorporating spirituality into my work, if you are on a spiritual or religious journey of any kind I am happy to have that as part of our work together. I am trauma informed, have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and am currently training as a Drama Therapist.
