I am honored to be a part of your journey. My area of expertise is centered in trauma-focused care. I particularly enjoy working with folks who have experienced trauma, including child abuse/child sexual abuse, domestic violence, assault, as well as eating disorders and perinatal mental health. I have extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders, as PTSD and challenges food/body image often go hand in hand. The food/body image challenges are often not the problem, but a symptom of a deeper problem, and that’s where the trauma work comes in! I am EMDRIA certified and currently enrolled in IFS Level One training, to complete in March 2026. I have also completed training in Sand Play through Lighthouse Counseling, and am happy to blend any of these approaches to achieve your goals.
