Welcome, you found me on your journey. I consider myself a therapist who identifies as unconventional. I can be messy and loud, but my work is to help you be authentically you and stop fitting into the world's boxes. I am open-minded and quirky and like to work with people who have struggled to "fit in". My journey to mental healthcare Started a long time ago, as a child and possibly in utero. From a family of caregivers. I have always been a healer and worked at age 16 as a peer mentor and worked my way through my associate's degree in social work, to then taking a break to start a family. I now have my master's and am ready to help others reach their goals on their journey. This will be like many first appointments where there will be lots of information gathering and getting to know you to ensure we are a right fit.
