Hello! I have been a therapist in the mental health field for over 10 years working with individuals and families from many different walks of life. My approach to therapy is client centered and strengths based, focusing on the specific needs of the individual. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where I work alongside clients to assist them in achieving goals that they see fit for themselves. It is my hope to create an environment where you will feel safe, supported, and free from judgement.
