I believe every emotion holds meaning, even the "bad" ones. My goal is to help you uncover insights, foster deep healing, and help you reconnect with your most authentic self. I blend evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches with EMDR and faith-based interventions (when requested) to support you in reaching your goals.
