I work with pre-teens, teenagers and young adults who are looking to navigate issues such as school, family relationships, friendships and past trauma to become the person they wish to be. Through our work, I hope you’ll learn to truly cultivate peace. I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), motivational interviewing, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), mindfulness and more. I utilize various evidence-based practices and modalities while incorporating kindness, affirmations, creativity, joy, and compassion to find the approach that works best for you!
