I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been working in the field of counseling psychology since 2018. I have experience in both substance use treatment and psychotherapy, and worked with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I believe that therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process. I strive to create a space that feels authentic, compassionate, and supportive—while also gently challenging clients when appropriate. I value walking alongside my clients as they explore patterns, heal from past experiences, and build insight into themselves.
