As a psychotherapist I provide integrative, trauma-informed, and social justice care unique to your needs. In that way, finding moments of release where eventually you will start to feel more grounded. During our work together, we will dedicate intentional time towards dismantling the existent barriers and patterns in your life that may stop you from existing in a way that feels whole to you. I place great emphasis on co-creating an empowering & safe space. I pay close attention to intersectionality and how each unique identity impacts the individual’s self-concept in relation to the world.
