I know every individual's journey is unique which is why I will adopt a personalized approach to your therapy. I want to understand your specific needs, goals and values empowering you with specific tools and insights needed for long-term growth. I have over 16 years of counseling experience and will help my clients explore thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may contribute to their difficulties resulting in personal growth, no matter what is bringing them to therapy. I believe when working together change can happen and I will foster that change, leading to growth and healing.
