Thanks for perusing my profile! Whether you are struggling with the general horrors of the world, political overwhelm, or are finding yourself confronting more existential questions (i.e. What is my life about? Why I am here? Does meaning exist? etc.) we might be a good fit working together. I am a former soldier, a current poet, elder millennial, and I have been serving clients in private practice for eight years. I see a broad range of clients, but I specialize in trauma (collective and individual), substance abuse, relationship betrayal, and veterans issues. My approach is direct but relational.
