Hello! I'm the owner and LMHC of Light the Path Counseling, serving clients ages 16 and up, with experience in trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, I have a unique passion for helping those previously incarcerated work toward reintegration into society and work through their experiences with the criminal justice and correctional systems. These include overcoming their traumas and navigating the challenges of reintegration, such as healing from the violent corrections environment, meeting requirements set forth by the state (probation, parole, etc.), and gaining healthy relationships and boundaries.
